South Brisbane will host a meaningful lineup of dawn services, marches, and community commemorations this ANZAC Day, 25 April 2026, bringing together local residents, veterans, and RSL sub-branches to honour the service and sacrifice of Australia’s defence forces.
Holland Park ANZAC Day March & Service
6:30 AM | Corner Logan Road & Barter Avenue to 58 Arnold Street, Holland Park
Community march assembling at Logan Road before proceeding to the Sub-branch memorial for a commemorative service honouring servicemen and women, followed by wreath laying and the Last Post.
Stephens ANZAC Day Main Service
7:30 AM – 8:30 AM | Yeronga State School to Yeronga Memorial Park, Ipswich Road, Yeronga
Local march departing Yeronga State School and proceeding along Honour Avenue to the cenotaph, followed by the main service hosted by Stephens RSL including wreath laying, Last Post, and a minute’s silence.
Runcorn ANZAC Day Community Event
2:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Runcorn Tavern
A community-led ANZAC Day commemoration hosted at a local venue, bringing residents together to honour and reflect on the service and sacrifice of past and present defence personnel.
