NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd day of May 2017, a new ordinance entitled HOUSING ORDINANCE FOR RENTAL PROPERTY was adopted by the Town Board of Linwood, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy content of the Ordinance, a brief Summary follows:
