Dr. Steve Massey’s move from Forest Lake Area High School principal to District Superintendent (effective July 1) has paved the way for a series of administrative changes in five Forest Lake school buildings. Buildings affected include the Forest Lake Area High School, Linwood Elementary, Lino Lakes Elementary, Century Junior High, and Southwest Junior High.
“There were many difficult decisions to be made,” current Superintendent Linda Madsen said in a press release. “We are fortunate to have a strong group of school administrators in our district, and our first priority is always to ensure that each of our administrators is a good fit for the building they lead. Every school is different, and I am confident that, moving forward, this team of administrators will do a tremendous job in their respective roles, whether they are remaining at their current buildings or moving on to new challenges.”
