Wrestlers win variety of honors and titles

Current, former and future Rangers won a variety of honors outside the context of high school varsity competition this season.
2015 graduate James Pleski, now a redshirt freshman at St. Cloud State, earned Division II All-American honors by finishing fourth at 149 pounds at the national championships and was named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference rookie of the year. broadstreet.zone(48036);
Kieler Carlson won the ninth-grade state championship at 126.
Reid Nelson placed first in the MN/USA Youth state meet.
Winners of Suburban East Conference junior varsity titles were Cayden Christenson (98), Dan Vanacker (106-B), Tyler Raway (120), Kieler Carslon (132-A), Mason Arrigoni (145-B), Chase Carlson (152), Logan Collins (160-A), Logan Rowe (182) and Sam Locke (220).
