AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VIII OF THE LINWOOD TOWN CODE TO INSERT SECTION 802.02 OTHER CODES ADOPTED; SWIMMING POOLS, SPAS AND HOT TUBS
The Board of Supervisors for the Town of Linwood, Anoka County, Minnesota, hereby ordains that on the 22nd day of August 2017, the Linwood Township Board of Supervisors adopted the above Ordinance. Due to the lengthy content of the Ordinance, a brief Summary follows:
Section 1. Amendment. Amends the Town Code to insert Section 802.02 which incorporates by reference the International Residential Code as it applies to swimming pools, spas, and hot tubs; provides for enforcement of the Ordinance; the issuance of permits and fees; and violations and penalties.broadstreet.zone(50962);
Section 2. Effective date. Identifies the effective date of Ordinance.

The City Council of the City of Columbus adopted Ordinance No. 17-01, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 14 Public Health, Wells, Sewers, and Utilities on August 23, 2017 and approved this summary of the ordinance for publication on August 23, 2017.
The City Council has authority to regulate city municipal code in the City. Following discussion at the City Council and the City Planning Commission, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 17-01 to amend the City Code as described in this summary publication as follows:
A zoning code text amendment to amend Columbus City Code Chapter 14 governing public health, wells sewers and utilities. This amendment requires the preservation of a secondary soil treatment area to accommodate a subsurface sewage treatment system and eliminates redundant language. Robert “Bob” Neeser

Robert “Bob” Neeser, age 68, of Columbus, passed away on August 30, 2017, after a valiant battle with cancer.
Bob proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
Preceded in death by parents, Ray and Ann; siblings, Jerry, Betty Drewlo and Ken.
Survived by his wife of nearly 49 years, Mary; children, Cheryl Gfrerer, Rob (Amy), Jim (Diona); grandchildren, Bailey, Hailey, McKenzie, Connor, Aliyah; great grandson, Landon; numerous other relatives and friends.
