The owners of former Forest Lake eatery Chueng Sing will be selling off all of its restaurant equipment in an online auction. The auction will end Nov. 11 and pickup will be Nov. 12 and 13. Inspection of all items took place Nov. 4 from 3 to 6:30 p.m.
Items available for bid include restaurant quality wok grills, deep fryers, grill, hot water heater, stainless tables, bar stools, a carpet cleaner, cash register, ice machine, various decorations, kitchen small wares, signage, time clock, wine, and racking.
