The proposal for the new shopping centre has received over 100 submissions, indicating that the locals have eagerly awaited such a development in the area. In their response to further advice letter dated 17 February 2023, Bluepoint Pallara Pty Ltd also acknowledged the positive reception from the community.

The establishment of the shopping centre is deemed essential for the growing Pallara community as residents currently have to travel to neighbouring suburbs even for basic necessities.
