RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the work described below will be received at the Office of the City Administrator, City of Forest Lake, 1408 Lake Street south, Forest Lake, MN 55025 until 9:00 AM on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.

15,500 CY Select Granular Borrow, Modified
16,000 TN Aggregate Base, Class 5
14,600 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter
6,500 TN Bituminous Pavement
4,000 LF Pavement Markings
together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certification.
