Forest Lake Area Schools will receive sealed proposals for the Forest Lake Senior High School Elevator Replacement, 6101 Scandia Trail North, Forest Lake, MN 55025, in accordance with Construction Documents prepared by Krech, OBrien, Mueller & Associates, 6115 Cahill Avenue, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota 55076.broadstreet.zone(48036);
Project Description: Scope includes new elevator in existing hoistway at Forest Lake High School. Other related general, mechanical, and electrical work to be done by others and coordinated with elevator work.
Basis of Bids: A Single Prime Bid will be received for labor and materials.
Bid Date and Location: Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on April 4, 2017, at Forest Lake Area Schools ISD #831 District Office (Conference Room), 6100 N 210th St, Forest Lake, MN 55025, ATTN: Buildings and Grounds, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
