IT IS ORDERED, that all persons interested show cause, if any they have, before this Court at a hearing to be held at the Washington County District Court, 14949 62nd Street North Stillwater, MN 55082 on August 25, 2017 at 8:30a.m. on the Petition of David Kovalak, for an Order allowing the Court supervision of the Trust, the appointment of a third party trustee and an Order invalidating the first amendment to the Trust Agreement. Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing.
