AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE III, CHAPTER 31, SECTION 31.57, REGARDING COMPOSITION OF THE AIRPORT COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOREST LAKE ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section One. Title III, Chapter 31, Section 31.57 Amendment: Title III, Chapter 37, Section 31.57 of the Forest Lake City Code is hereby amended as follows. The underlined text shows the proposed additions to the City Code and the struck out text shows the deleted wording:
31.57 MEMBERSHIP.
The Airport Commission shall be composed of 5 members appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council from citizens persons interested in the development and utilization of the municipal airport. Members may include both citizens and up to two (2) members of the City Council and shall include a member of the City Council and 4 members at large, all of whom shall be residents of the
