NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Forest Lake, Washington County, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on April 10, 2017, at approximately 7:00 P.M. at the City Council Chambers in City Hall, 1408 Lake Street South, Forest Lake, Minnesota, relating to the City of Forest Lakes (the City) proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 2 (the Development Program Modification), the proposed establishment of the Former City Hall Tax Increment Financing District (a redevelopment tax increment financing district) within Development District No. 2, and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan (the TIF Plan) therefor (collectively, the Program and Plan), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 469.124 to 469.133 and Sections 469.174 to 469.1794, all inclusive, as amended.
