On May 5, Wisconsin-Stout senior Noah Brown clubbed four home runs across two games in a doubleheader against Wisconsin-Stevens Point. On May 6, during the first game of another doubleheader against the same team, Brown broke his left hand. On May 9, he learned that he had been named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Week.
Such is life for the 2013 Forest Lake graduate, who overcame many injuries and low moments to become a leading player both for the Blue Devils squad and within the WIAC.broadstreet.zone(48036);
“It was cool to be recognized (as the player of the week) because I knew I was going into my last games, and I wanted to show that everything I’d done the past four years had paid off,” Brown said.
