Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the City of Forest Lake in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 1408 Lake Street South, Forest Lake, Minnesota on July 26, 2017 at 7:00 oclock p.m. The hearing will be conducted to hear all persons present upon the land use application for 368 Lake Street South seeking variances for parking setbacks on the east and south sides of the property, a building setback on the south side of the property, and permission to exceed the maximum allowable number of consecutive parking spaces. The applicant is Stev Stegner who owns the property identified as Lots 1, 14, 15, and 16, Block 1 of Walker and Goodines Addition, which is located in the City of Forest Lake, Washington County, Minnesota.
