Loving Mom, Grandma, Nana and SisterNorma Johnson, age 89, of Forest Lake, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 18, 2017.
Norma’s deep faith in the Lord was the foundation that carried her through life’s journey. Her greatest pleasure was to enjoy time spent with family and friends. Her love for competitive games found her playing cribbage and Wii bowling. Bingo, Farkle, and all card games filled her days and brought her joy.
Preceded in death by husband, Norman; son-in-law, Rex George; siblings, June Koester, Bonnie Johnson, Kenneth Baker.
Survived by children Douglas (Iris) Johnson, Debra (Gary Long) George, Doreen “Dee” (Jim) Moore, Donna (Frank) Johnston; grandchildren, Joette, Leah, Rene, Andrea, David, Timothy, Miranda, Samantha; 17 great-grandchildren; brothers, Amil (Marian) Baker, Nolan Baker, Ronald (Jeanne) Baker, Richard Baker; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
A Celebration of Norma’s Life will be 6:30 p.m. Friday July 21st with visitation beginning at 4
