PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Wyoming will meet at the Wyoming City Hall located at 26885 Forest Blvd, at 7:00 p.m. on December 20, 2016, to consider the making of Improvement No. 16-03, the street reconstruction of Goodview Avenue located between 250th Street and 263rd Street and 250th Street between Goodview Avenue and Forest Boulevard as well as pedestrian improvements along Goodview Avenue between 263rd Street and Wyoming Trail and Greenway Avenue approximately 500 feet east of Goodview Avenue. The reconstruction includes subgrade corrections and roadway reconstruction for approximately 1.73 miles of rural street sections and drainage improvements pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements are the properties abutting the proposed improvements. The estimated cost of the improvement is $3,430,300.00.
