RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the work described below will be received at the Office of the City Administrator, City of Forest Lake, 1408 Lake Street south, Forest Lake, MN 55025 until 1:30 PM on April 20, 2017 at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.

12,300 GAL BITUMINOUS MATERIAL FOR SEAL COAT
280 TN 3/8 SEAL COAT AGGREGATE
230 TN 1/4 SEAL COAT AGGREGATE
together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
