NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF STREETS BY RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES 412.851
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:broadstreet.zone(48036);
1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 412.851, the Forest Lake City Council may, upon its own motion and by resolution, vacate any street, alley, public grounds, public way, or any part thereof, on its own motion if adopted by a vote of four-fifths of all members of the Council.
2. Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Forest Lake shall hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th day of April, 2017, at the City of Forest Lake City Hall, 1408 Lake Street South, Forest Lake, Minnesota, 55025 and will move for the vacation of the following described part of 3rd Avenue NW (platted as Fifth Avenue in the plat of FOREST LAKE, Washington County, Minnesota):
