Loving son, husband, father and grandfatherChuck Bernin, 66 of Carlsbad, NM, formerly of Forest Lake, was welcomed into eternal glory by his savior Jesus Christ, on April 18, 2017 after a short battle with cancer.
Preceded in death by parents Helen and Roman Beimert, Bob Bernin; and father-in-law Bob Christianson.
Chuck is survived by wife, Tracie; son Matthew; daughters Rachel, Sarah (Trey) Thompson and Ruth (Leroy); beloved grandchildren; mother-in-law, Helen Christianson; siblings Steve (Pat), Arlene, Jim (Nancy), Tim (Kris), Kathy (Tom) and Dorothy; numerous nieces and nephews.
Chuck proudly served in the US Navy.
Services were held in Carlsbad, NM on April 22, 2017.
A Memorial gathering for family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 29 at 1 p.m. at Eko Bakken, 22570 Manning Trail N., Scandia, MN 55073.
