Once again, Linwood Town Hall was unusually full Oct. 25 for the biweekly town board meeting. Many residents returned hoping to hear more description about the business plan of Wendy Stewart, Gena Evans and Luke Weller for a residential treatment center at 5810 Cranberry Drive in Linwood Township.

Mike Jungbauer, town building and inspections official, assured the gathered community members: “We have all the solid numbers. We went through the house with the state electrical inspector.
