Jacob “Coby” Herzog, age 14, of Columbus, passed away.
Coby was a fun kid, and shared many precious moments with us while he was here. He found it hard to understand and express himself, and despite guiding him as best we could, Coby chose to enter eternal life on Nov. 10, 2016, reuniting with his grandpa, Ed Hall. He will forever be missed by his parents, Michael and Barbara; brothers, Ethan and Andrew; grandparents, Nancy Hall, Harvey and Jane Herzog; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 17, 2016 at The Church of St. Peter, 1250 South Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation 5-9 p.m., Wednesday, with 8:30 p.m. Rosary at Mattson Funeral Home, 343 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake. Visitation will continue 9:30-10:30 a.m., Thursday at Mattson Funeral Home. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. Online condolences
